Ingredients:
1 lb. Confectioner's sugar
5 tbsp. powdered egg whites
1/3 cup water
food coloring
Directions:
Mix together sugar, egg whites, and water on low speed until you get soft peeks. (about 10 minutes) Add desired color and decorate.
This would be great for the gingerbread houses or cookies that need a lot of decorating.
