Celery Potato Casserole


2 pds. potatoes peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
4 cups celery diced
1 can cream of celery soup (or chicken)
3/4 cups sour cream
2 tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt and pepper
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 cups French's Fried onions


Place Potatoes and celery in a large pot and bring to boil. Cook until potatoes are tender. Drain and return to pot. In a med bowl combine soup, sour cream, parsley garlic, and salt and pepper. Stir soup mixture, half the bacon, and half the onions in potato mixture. Spoon into a 9x13 dish. Microwave for 5 minutes then add the remaining bacon and onions over dish and nuke for 2 more minutes.
