Ingredients:
1 lb. lean hamburger
1 box Lasagna Noodles
2 lb bottle Ragu Sauce
4 cups Monterey Jack Cheese
1 small con. Cottage cheese
Directions:
Brown and cook hamburger in a pan. In another pan cook your Lasagna noodles (about 9) in boiling water then drain. Start by putting a little sauce on the bottom of your 9x13 dish. Place just enough noodles to cover the pan lengthwise then layer cottage cheese, hamburger, ragu sauce and cheese. Then repeat. Leave a good portion of the sauce for the top layer and sprinkle the cheese to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45min-1 hr. Let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
It's always served great with homemade garlic bread!
