I have never really been a fan of Oreo cookies, but these homemade ones are a different story. They are so good!
Ingredients:
2 pkg. milk chocolate cake mix or devil's food cake mix (add all ingredients it calls for)
1 cube buttered flavored Crisco
Mix well and roll into balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes then bake at 350 degrees. 8 minutes
Filling:
2-3 cups pd. sugar
1 cube butter
1 8 0z. Cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
After you have beaten the cream filling apply to one cookie and place another on top to make a sandwich. If you need to make it thicker add more pd. sugar.
