This is one of the easiest crock pot dishes. If you like a little spice in your kitchen then you won't be disappointed.
3 cans (12 0z) of shredded chicken juice and everything
2-3tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp. Cumin
Cook on low overnight, or on high for about 4-5 hours until water is gone. If you like it more spicy increase the Cayenne Pepper. This is spicy but not a hot spicy dish. If you are sensitive to spice decrease all spices by 1/2tbsp.
Serve with whole wheat, corn, or flour tortillas. Lettuce, Salsa, and Sour Cream. This dish is so good and is great used as left overs.
