This is my friend Katie's recipe. She has all these really healthy recipes that are made with things you would never expect and they taste just the same! If you want a little healthier breakfast, you have to try her waffles. My Mom just adopted this recipe and loves it.
In a blender combine:
1 cup oats
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
After you have combine all ingredients pour the mixture into waffle machine. Mixture is thinner so cook longer than average. Pour sugar free maple syrup over them and enjoy.
