Chocolate Bar Pie

I got this at recipe club many months ago and have been meaning to get it up here. I am not really a huge fan of chocolate but I have this sister who absolutely loves it! It's very smooth and rich tasting and I'm sure kids and adults alike would devour this.

Ingredients:
1 crust of choice. Oreo, graham, or walnut
6 Hershey's milk chocolate bars chopped
1 1/2 cups tiny marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream for topping
chopped chocolate, almonds, English toffee for topping

Directions:

In a medium saucepan combine the Hershey bars, marshmallows, and milk. Cook and stir over med-low heat until chocolate and marshmallows have melted. Let mixture stand until room temp. (about 30 minutes).

Next in a chilled mixing bowl beat 1 cup whipping cream and vanilla on med until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream mixture into cooled chocolate mixture. Spoon into cooled crust. Freeze for 8 hours until firm. Add whip cream and toppings and serve!

WALNUT CRUST
In a bowl combine 1 1/2 cups of coarsely ground walnuts; 3 tbsp melted butter; and 2 tbsp sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and bake at 325 degrees 12-14 minutes. Cool then refrigerate.
