Mikelles Meals: Peppermint Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

4 oz. Cream cheese, room temp

1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tbsp. peppermint extract

food coloring

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together then frost cake or cupcakes. This one is for you Mom.
