Ingredients:
2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
mix together
Bring to boil:
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Mix the flour and sugar mixture with the hot ingredients and pour onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Frosting
1 stick margarine
5 tbsp. milk
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Bring just to boil and add powdered sugar until right consistency (approx 4-6 cups), then frost the cake while it's still warm. Add pecans, or walnuts on top.
