This is one of my favorites. So I had to make sure i put it on the recipe blog!
Ingredients:
salad:
1 package top ramen, broken
1 head of green cabbage finely chopped
1/2 head of chopped red cabbage or shredded carrots ( i like both)
2 green onions, chopped
4 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 cup of chicken shredded or chopped fine(opt)
1 cup almond slivers
dressing:
1 cup olive oil
6 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 chicken flavor packet from the top ramen
Mix the dressing and pour over the salad.
