Olive Garden's Alfredo Sauce

This is so good, it's really heavy so it's not something i like to have all the time. When i found this recipe i had to try it, let's just say i felt like i was eating at the restaurant.


1 pint heavy cream
1 stick of butter
2T cream cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder


In a saucepan combine butter, heavy cream and cream cheese. Simmer until all is melted and mixed well. Add Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Simmer for 15-20 minutes on low. Sometimes I even added a little more parmesan cheese then the recipe calls for.
