2 cups coarse chopped pretzels
3/4 cup marg
1 cup sugar, plus 3 tbsp
1 pkg. 6oz. Strawberry Jello
1 cup boiling water
2 pkg. 10 oz. frozen strawberries thawed w/juice
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 8 oz. cool whip
Melt margarine, add 3 tbsp sugar to pretzels then pour marg on and mix through. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Let cool.
Mix the cup of water with jello. Add thawed strawberries with juice and let set up in fridge. 15 minutes.
With a mixer beat cream cheese and sugar until blended. Fold in cool whip. Spread into pretzel crust then add jello mix on top. Let sit 1 hr. in fridge.
