This recipe is a little chewier than if you make caramel on the stove top. It's a recipe i got way back in young women's and it's really easy to make.
In a popcorn popper pop:
1/3 cup popcorn
set aside in a large bowl.
In a microwave-safe bowl combine the following:
1 cube butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Cook on high for 30 second intervals. Stir well. Do this until butter is melted. Stir well!
12 Large Marshmallows
Continue to nook on high for 30 sec intervals stirring in between. When marshmallows are melted blend well and pour over popped corn. Mix until covered and serve. enjoy!
