I had the best Artichoke Dip at a bbq recently, everyone was begging for the recipe and come to find out it's so easy. You have to try this one!
1 8oz. Pkg of Cream Cheese softened
1 small can chopped Green Chili's (mild)
1 can Artichoke Hearts drained
1/2 cup Mayo
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
Garlic salt to taste
Mix all ingredients well, then place in a round glass pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Or until golden brown on top. (check on it often) Best if served warm.
