I have these all the time. Not so much with all the peppers but either way is really good. For me you can never go wrong with homemade Mexican dishes.
1/2 lb. sliced grilled Chicken Breasts
4 cups. sliced grilled Bell Peppers
1 cup. Grilled Onions
2 tsp. Cumin
2 tbsp. lime juice
Grill onions and bell peppers together in a pan. In a separate skillet cook the chicken strips and add seasoning. Serve on warm tortillas with sour cream, avocado, cheese, and salsa.
