Cheesy Potatoes


This recipe is from my Mom. They are really good all by themselves if you ask me, but of course it goes well with the traditional ham.


Ingredients:
1 32 oz. package frozen shredded hashbrowns
2 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1-2 cups cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour in a greased 9x13 dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. You can also let the casserole defrost for an hour or two before baking and decrease the baking time to 30-40 minutes.
