This is another easy crockpot dish. If you like pork try this recipe.
Ingredients:
2 lb. Pork Roast trimmed of fat
2 lb. Pork Roast trimmed of fat
1 pkg. McCormick seasoning
1/2 cup. Ketchup
1/2 cup. brown sugar
1/3 cup. Vinegar
Directions:
Place the Pork in the crockpot. In a bowl combine the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, an seasoning. Pour over pork roast. Cook on low for 8 hours. Or high for 5 hours. After its cooked shred the pork and serve over toasted sandwich buns and the BBQ sauce of your choice.
Also serve with the traditional; potato salad, coleslaw, potato chips, or french fries.
